hey i noticed the other day that that one of the lights over the license plate was hanging down...so i pulled it out and the sides of the light piece itself was rotted out, i looked at the other side and the same thing happened. The plate that these lights mount to is totally rotted out. Is this just a piece of metal behind the rear bumper or what?? thanx for the help

yup its just a srip of metal with a harness that runs to the reverse lights and the licence plate lights . it also holds the licence plate
