Well I want to get some fog lights, however right now I currently have the 96 bumper (smiley face) and it has the big square brackets for those boxy foglights that I just don't like. Does anyone think that the little round foglights would look good on there, mounted somehow near where the stock fogs would go? Or would it just look off? I haven't really seen any eclipse/talons with the smiley bumper and the smaller round fogs.

If it looks fugly, I'm just going to wait until I can find a 97-99 bumper and throw that on. TIA

i havent seen any 95-96 bumpers with the 97-99 fog lights, but i have seen many with after market fogs. i dont even like the ones with the after market on 2ga bumpers. my opinion would be to get a 97-99 bumper and get the oem fogs for it, it will look way damn sexy. im just waiting for my financial aid to come in to get my 97-99 fogs + the turbo wing. but its all you. in conclusion, if you were planing on doing the 2gb conversion, just wait and get the whole shabang! happy moding man emoji

Hmm maybe, I'm undecided if I want to do the whole conversion or just the front, because I'm planning to buy a 97-99 DSM this summer as my project car and leave this as my D.D. I might just put the front bumper on, and I read somewhere that it'll work with the 95/96 headlights with a little bending and crap.

We'll see, depends largely on my income for the next few months.

Bumper will work with 95-96 lights, if it permanent, just trim the bumper where it meets the headlights a little. Fits over it, my 95 has 99 bumper with stock headlights no problem, just kinda bulges over the headlights.

IMO the stock 95-96 fogs are the only ones that look good on the smiley. i mean..they just fit the entire shape. i had a set of round lights on mine right off..but bought the OEM ones the first chance i could get afterwards. to me, round fogs just dont work well with a smiley

just take a look at what i USED to have..and what i have now in my sig. as you can see..OEM is the way to go. much cleaner and better fitting. the little round projectors stick out like a sore thumb on that front...or any front where you have fogs just dangling around.

I have the pilot ones on mine (95-96 bumper), I think they look fine, the front looks empty without them.

just get a set of oem 95-96 headlights. you'll be a hell of a lot happier than some aftermarket hack job... you should be able to get a set for around $75.

Prices?

Yeah, they do look kinda junky on the smiley face.... DAMN! lol, oh well. I really want to do the bumper conversion, but it'll be a few months 92) until I can afford to buy, prime, and paint one. Unless someone's selling a red 97-99 bumper for cheap emoji

edit/p.s.: thanks for those who posted the photos and stuff, that was a huge help, points.
