Hey can you get underhood pics of the hood pleeeeease. More detailed pics would be appreciated, ie over the hood, under the hood and what not. You can email ( jsupetran at hot ma il dot com) it or post it in the thread.

BTW, does water get in side the vents.

Your cup of tea's gay.

Nice work. Was that bumper made for the 2GA headlights?

Thanks for all the kind word guys. We worked really hard on the car for about 4 months. I guess it was worth the wait. The worst part about it is that about 2 weeks after I got the car back together I must have spun the rod bearings. I almost puked. I still haven't had the heart to drop the pan off to see for sure what happened, but I'll get to it soon. I should have gone ahead and put in forged rods when I rebuilt for turbo. Looks like I'll have my chance now though. As for some of your questions.

The colors are House Of Kolor Candy Apple Red, Orion Silver, and Orange pin stripe enamel.

I will post more picks of the hood as soon as I dig them out Jez.

Yes the Bumper was made for the 2G headlights. I've had this kit forever though. I think I bought it in 99 before it became so popular. I still like it though, so I kept it on. I seriously considered the Buddy Club 2 kit though.

And Jeremy, I can't wait to catch up with you at another show. Let me know which ones your planning on going to this year.

On a side note, I think your car would look pretty crazy with a rim scheme like this.

I've seen this car in peron...and the paint is flawless and so is the body and fiberglass work. I don't care for the wing, but besides that. It doesn't show it in the pictures, but he is turbo now too! He also has his rims done like that red eclipse above. The inside parts of his rims are now accented with the same green as his car. Don't know why he hasn't updated his profile!

MORE PICS OF THIS GREEN ECLIPSE

I still like Flamin's car a lot better personally!

Dude, your nuts! Your car is way nicer than mine will ever be. Your interior is absolutly the shit. And mine is still mostly stock, for now emoji That green Eclipse is sweet as hell too. I've been considering air ride as well. I like how his lays out. Are those 19" or 20" rims on there?

Very nice color choice. Candy Apple red is my next choice for the paint on my car, not sure if I'm gonna stick with purple, or go red.
Only thing, good luck driving in the rain with that hood. I cant drive far in the rain with mine. Also, when washing the car, put some cardboard under those vents if the engine is warm so you dont get the whord of steam everywhere.

Update your sig too. emoji

Yea, whenever I get off my lazy ass and get around to painting my car it's coing to be Candy apple red. I think I'm going to go with a slightly darker silver base to get more of a dark blood red look to it. I'll probably wait till it warms up a bit more outside though.

I've never really had a problem with it. But I don't drive the car very often either. I do however cover the the motor with cardboard when I wash it. The three vents in the center are right over top of the the turbo and manifold, so that could be a problem in the rain.

Oh, you don't like altezza's? Too bad, your gonna get a good look at mine.
