Various Links of suspension installs from vfaq.com

http://www.planetstoli.com/tokicoInstall/index.htm
http://www.vfaq.com/mods/GCkit-2G.html

This should give you a good idea of out the install is. Other than sockets and wrenches you must get a spring compressor in order to install the oem springs.

I used Corbin's install guide. It's somewhere on this site.

Edit: Get the Teins. They only drop 1.3. Much better than someone sleeping in your wheelgap with stockers.

Ground control coilovers let you adjust, and pretty cheap.

Ditto

The job is fairly straight forward. I just did mine not to long ago with the teins, urethane bushing kit and tokico Illumina. Just make sure to take a look at the R and the F for front and rear on your springs. My roomie initially put mine in the opposite way emoji: We spent about a day doing it, in between classes.
