working for a machine shop defineatly has it's advantages....so does having a future brother-in-law as a CNC machinest. It took an hour or so in CAD to get it right so it looked good and still be machined, and a couple of hours to set it up, machine, debur and clean up. It turned out fantanstic IMO. Looks much better in person than in these pics. Now all I have to decide is if I want to polish it or poweder coat it. I have some free powder coating coming my way...so I think I'll have it powder coated and if I don't like it I can just sand blast it back off in no time

i like the sunken effect, but the 2.4 dosent stand out quite as much. maybe try filling it in with a color...that would be hot. would deff draw more attention to it.

id also suggest polishing the lettering

but again, all just my .02, looks hot man!

FFWD Connection has a powder coat color that they call "batman black" that looks pretty good, not quite as glossy like the stock black. It looks damn good imo. You should see if your powder coating guy has some type of flat black that would match it pretty closely.
