ok i was driving and went to put my window up and they wouldnt go up so i pushed down on the switched and realized that all the switches were goin down so i figured that the screw holes broke that hold it up to the plastics which i was right. so i pulled them out and ran a bigger screw though it and it seems like they are starting to break again. any ideas on how i can fix this till i get my carbonfiber inserts?

I had this same problem. I just ended up using super glue and it held up fine.
