Those look like modified stockers? Maybe a one off piece? I don't know shit about body kits / exterior mods either though.

It looks to me like what he did was mount them on top of the oem sides. If he would have removed them, it would sit flush like the red kamanari car.

They're definately Kaminari, I have a pair in my garage. Where that rectangular indentation is right behind the front wheel there's normally a plastic emblem that says "Kaminari Aerodynamics". When I test fit mine they didn't stick out like that under the door, maybe his are just mounted funky.

They didn't stick out as much because I assume you have doorcaps on. It's meant to sit flush with those.
