#88472, "Easy Way To Remove Steering Wheel"

I have just been reading some posts on difficulties in removing the steering wheel. There is a such an easier way if you don't have a steering wheel puller. Dont pull up on both sides of the steering wheel at the same time. Lift up on the left side then the right then the left then the right etc. In a rocking like motion and comes right off.

if the steering wheel wasnt torqued down it will come off like that. However as Blair said a wheel normally wont just come off without a puller if it was tight to begin with.
