O-k I want to change the color of the dome light first......how do i go about doing this without having to buy new bulbs? I've heard about painting them but that it burns off....how long does it last before it burns off? Or does anybody know another way to do this>?

ok, your going to laugh, but what i did is , I took blue scran wrap, folded it over 2 or three times, and put in over the lens (on the inside) looks awsome, doesn't burn out, (make sure the scran wrap doesn't hit the bulb tho)

or you could just buy blue blubs...

later

I took out the bulbs, bought factory blue paint (in the little touch up paint bottle) and paint VERY lightly on the bulb. Lasted about 3 months but starting to come off now....but hey, I can just do it again emoji

Aight.....painted the buld and tried the scran wrap. Looks awesome!! and if the paint comes off the bulb i will just re-paint it. It took me a total of about 15 mins cuz i did the light in the trunk too. Thanks for the advice!

Take a small screw driver and just pop off the lens. Then just push on one of the metal clips that hold in the light, and it should fall right out.
