#86879, "moonroof problem"

my moonroof motor will not go counter clockwise. i replaced the motor and same problem. i used a paper clip inside the wiring to jump it and i could get it to go clockwise but not the other way. it was not installed when i tested the motor so it is the wiring i think. Does anyone know where the wires go to. Or can some one describe to me a schematic so i can re-wire the whole thing. I am pretty goot with wiring im just not familiar with the 2 different power sources making it go different ways. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

So... it doesn't open, or it doesn't close?

it doesnt do either. but when i take the motor out it will go clockwise. so it might be because it is already closed that it wont move. but i can hear it click when i push the button one way.

ok i bought a new switch and it still wont go counter clock wise. Does anyone know where i can find a schematic or where the wires go. Also what tells the motor to stop when it is closed or open all the way? is it a circuit board or switches?
