Honestly I think it would be a waste of money. You wouldn't save enough weight to justify it unless you just like the look of carbon fiber.

No, no, no. I am NOT considering this. I was just looking at everyones thoughts on a CF bumper. I personally don't dig the drifter style period.

the drift bumper is a crap style to start with. if it was race carbon fiber, that cost less, and could be painted over without any hard feelings, then I might buy it.

Yup, at least in NE it would be. If you live in a desert where everything is flat then I guess it wouldn't be so bad, but up here just going into a business at least once a day I scrape or bang the front bumper. A carbon fiber bumper would be gone in less than a week.
