#86085, "Blitz low sides... searched... have a few questions..."

Ok, when i searched i didnt find anything recent.

Here is my situation: My vertical doors would not close properly with my fiberglass blitz high sides, even after i sanded the shit out of them. So, i took the high sides off and put my stock side skirts on (98 GS), and now it works great. I have the blitz front and rear on it, and it looks a little awkward, so i was wondering if i could get some info/pics from the people that have the low sides...

If i could get some decent pictures with the door open and closed i would really appreciate it.. points to whoever helps me.

Also, do the low sides just pretty much cover the area of the stock sides? or do they cover more kinda like the high's, just not as much?

In the threads i searched through, it said nobody makes these in Uerathane... is this still true?

I need to figure something out soon, so any help is appreciated.

they make them in urethane. i know extreme dimensions carry them cuz i had a set of them. here are soem pics from how my car was last year with the blitz lows...
and yes, they take up the same amoutn of room as the stockers do.

I just went to the website, and it doesnt have the low ones on there.. just the high ones in fiberglass and polyuerathane...

thanks for the pictures though, they are very helpful. Do you know if they go inside the door jam at all? or they pretty much direct replacements of the stockers? Im just trying to figure out if they will be ok with the lambos or not.

P.S. i dont know if i told you this but i think your car turned out really good. i remember when you were in the process still... good job imo.

are you're doors hitting the sides or what? Just take off the side skirts and put them back on with the doors closed and make any adjustments you need to do. If you haven't already done that of course, If you haven't then take a dremel to the sides where they need to trimmed and have at it. Body work isn't all that difficult if you try it.
