#85736, "Keep Fiberglass Interior Or Not ?????"

Im debating if I should keep my interior or not. I already know Im not keep White and Im just doing straight black. If I do keep my finerglass stuff (dash, topshop headliner, glove box, all lower dash parts, panels that line center console) im going to paint them all jet black but if not Im going to keep all my OEM 98 Interior (Black/Grey)....Here are the Pros & Cons of keeping fiberglass dash in. I bought a Pioneer In Dash DVD Player and the shop told me to figure out what Im doing with my interior first before putting the DVD Player in.

Pros:

- Look Awesome
- Somewhat different then other dashes in other eclipses

Cons:

- I cant turn off my SRS Light without disarming AirBags (Pass. AirBag is shaved)
- I have a different VIN on my dash
- If I have to go to another State Ref. I have to take out the dash again and its a hassle

A stupid man would drill out the rivets that hold the vin onto the new dash and his old dash. Then rivet his old vin plate to the new dash. A stupid man would also pull out the SRS lightbulb in the back of the intrument panel so the light wouldnt be on. But that is a very stupid man... emoji

Well judging by the fact that I want you to sell those parts to me I'd say ... well.. it's obvious. But if I were you I'd keep them and paint them black.

Don't work for the system, Let the system work for you.
