Any more comments anyone? I'd appreciate the feedback, since painting 3 rims gunmetal will most likely take me all day, and I'll have to let it dry overnight...is it really worth it? Or is it ugly?

Here is another picture:

Accually it doesnt look all that bad having them gunmetal... i myself tend to like brighly colored rims ie silver/white but it also depends on the color of the car to help the overall look, but it looks pretty good against the blue of your car... might as well do it and see how you like it..

I think you should either have them silver or white. Bigger rims look better. Your car is dark, and if you have dark rims they will look small. Having light colored rims on a dark car gives the appearance of bigger wheels, thus better looking car.

The color gunmetal is an awsome color, but only on a light colored car, because they are more visible. On your car, I'd stick with silver or white. But it is your car, if you like it go for it. Just my 2 cents.

Hmm I think you're right about lighter rims looking bigger. I just noticed that in the picture I posted, that from far away, the silver rims look larger. Damnn, is there an easy way to strip the paint? I'm sure I'll have to reclear the wheels if I do strip the paint, but will the silver get messed up too? I still haven't decided what to do...maybe I'll just wait to see what this poll says, and on Wednesday, whatever has the most votes is what I will do? I'm so undecided...

I say keep them gunmetal... or try a nice semi-gloss black.

i say that you stay with one color for all four of em. but then i think that the gun metal looks pretty tight, but they are right, it does seem to make them look smaller. but id stick with one color for all. two pennies

Yes of course I would go with one color for all four hehe..I'm just trying to decide if it's worth going gunmetal on all four, or just back to stock for the two I already painted...

Gunmetal. I think it looks great on your car. Plus the wheels don't look so factory.

you have to take into consideration that huge wheel gap from stock height.all that dark makes your rims look smaller. I know you said you have to go over some dips for work or somethin, but try it with gunmetal lowered, i think it would look tight. but leave them silver if not

I personally think darker rims on a car make it look like a sleeper, I don't know why but thats how it looks to me. I like dark rims a lot, that's why mine are black.
