Ok, here's how it is... I didn't realize how this was going to end up & now I need some options!

I had manual crank windows, and now I've got power windows... problem is, I didn't realize that I couldn't cut the tip of the crank off since that's what the worm drive is turning (I thought it turned it @ the base). I wanted to cut the tip off so I could mold the door panel flat & give a real clean look (no switches or anything). NOW, I've got a lil plastic nub sticking out!

Is there ANY WAY AT ALL? that I can make it to cut the tip off?

Just about the only option I could think of so it doesn't look like complete and utter sh*t is to fiberglass the lower part of the door wider w/ a bigger door speaker as an excuse.

HELP, I'M GOING %#&@(@%$#%@ NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it possible to maybe weld it @ the base instead of using the plastic cap? Looking for a HowTo on getting rid of this f*cking NUB!

Will the crank fit inside a GS/GST/GSX Door Skin, or are those also too skinny to cover? Hell, I'll replace the skin if that'll do it!

Uh, did you use a Spal kit? If you did there are some 1/2 spacers that came with the kit that you slip over the crank and space it back so that you can place power window door panels over them.

No, I went w/ AutoLoc because I shaved the door handles @ the same time, + I got a free security system to boot. My reasoning was to simplify things on the remotes. But, I can buy spacers & follow directions very well if you have some pics or directions on what to do?

I'm slowly going bald as I pull out my once full head of hair.

Not the one I think w/, U crazy?!?
