that is an awesome trick!...I used to do the same thing when I raced Motocross...You could destroy a fender and completely repair it with zip ties

ya know i give you cool points for originality on that one lol. kinda looks like a baseball.... if it were me id make it commical and put like a big bandaid over it. but on the real, thats actually a pretty neat way to temporarily fix that crack, never though about that before, wish fiberglass was as easy.
