What do I need to do?

My stock 96 headlights are yellow and not in good shape, I used blackouts for awhile but had problems with them breaking, cheap crap! But what would any of you recommend that I do? I'm looking on E-Bay and found a nice set of them for around 200 shipped, not very bad, but are they hard to install? Someone said you have to remove the whole bumper, but I'm not sure. Anyone know?

Anyone who have ebvay projectors have problems with them?

Or instead of buying new ones, should I just fix mine up and try to get the yellow grime off, but I dunno how...LoL

i have ebay angel eye projectors and love em. yes, you must remove the front bumper to take out the headlights though. there is 1 bolt in the lower part of the headlight housing that helps hold it in. i would recommend getting some oem headlights though, cuz with the projectors, without some sweet bulbs (i have the silverstars) or a HID conversion, the vision SUCKS since it uses shitty h3 bulbs.......

I have a barely used set of 95-96 headlights. Since you found them on Ebay for $200, I'll sell mine to a 2gnter for $180. Like I said, pretty much brand new and cost me over $200 each.

Or you can search on this site and you'll find out to use 2000 grit sand paper and buffing compound to restore your yellowed stockers back to new for maybe $25

If you want some awesome looking headlights get the Halo projectors. If you want to see at night without buying Silverstars get stockers. I currently have halo projectors and yes you at least need the Silverstars to see good at night and I deliver pizza so I really need to see. Check my sig to see some halo's at work. There has been some slight modifications to those headlights though.

i can see fine with mine at night but their not halos, however some people have had problems installing ebay ones you may wanna check this out first

I have the halo's too from ebay, very nice, but they are starting to do a little cracking after only about 5 or 6 months. On another note, I got my headlights off WITHOUT taking the bumper off. You have to use a bunch of extensions and a elbow thingamagigger (the one that swivels, lol), and its a lot better than takin the whole bumper off. Oh, and dont put that bolt back on when you put the new headlights on, it doesn't hurt anything, and it saves you some trouble.

you just have to live with it. even people who have tried 2000 grit sandpaper havent been satisfied. ever so often i used that "blue magic" polish...lasts about a week and does a good job at clearing the haze...but there is nothing you can really do. seems that some lights fog up, and others dont. my pass side is clear as a bell, but the drivers is kinda cloudy. dunno why it does that.

Does anyone have a nice set of blue halo black housing projectors that were pretty much plug and play? I just don't want to have to mess around with all the wiring that comes along with some of these projectors, but a little wiring is ok. If anyone knows where I can get a set, please let me know.
