But this rear bumper has begun to become a pain in my a$$. Any tips or advice is appreciated, T.I.A.

Oh yeah, sorry, should put that in there. Probably would've helped, huh. Anyways, Seems like the mold they used was all jacked up. The lines aren't matching up, especially where the rear bumper meets the rear fender. I had to use a fiberglass to reinforce where I placed the original mounting harware from old bumper in that area. Unfortunately I ran out of daylight, so I guess I will have a go at it first thing tomorrow morning. It also looks like I will have to drill the mounting hole in the trunk a little cause that part of the mounting hardware is to big for the hole and on the old bumper it was recessed so it matched up perfectly. This one is not so I figure if I drill out the hole big enough I can push it into the trunk space. Hope to get the rear on tomorrow. Then on to side skirts which look to be a mess themselves. Gonna have to shave off like 2 inches so that they meet up flush like the old ones. What a pain in the A$$!!! Now I know why they wanna charge up the ying yang to install a full body kit!

correct. you have to remember that unless you buy a real TRUE name brand kit, its going to fit like shit. epsecially stuff off of egay man. good luck with your install, and keep in mind, fiberglass knock off's NEVER fit good. i bought a REAL quwhees wide body kit, and there were VERY little glassing/cutting i had to do to get it to fit up perfectly, unlike my old fibgerlass blitz bumpers from ebay. my rear bumper, i had to cut in half and extend the mold 2" just to get it to bolt up, atleast yours isnt as bad as mine was!

Yeah, shoulda forked out the extra cash and got a name brand kit, but can't do anythink about it now. Should be able to get the rear on today, just gotta sand down the fiberglass I used to reinforce mounting hardware and I think the tough part is done.

Got the rear on today. Not too bad afterall. Need to add about a 1/2" where the bumper meets the rear fender and maybe a layer or two to the sides in that area to build things up a little before laying on some bondo. Now on to the side skirts. Hope to get those pics up soon!
