how can you tell if your defroster lines are integrated antenna?

The integrated antenna are separate from the defroster lines. They are near the top, and are in a rectangle like pattern. HOwever, they did not do a thing for my car. My reception always sucked even with the inglass antenna, and I got NO reception when I broke off my power antenna. Now I got a new head unit, and the reception is perfect.

Look inside your car if you have three conectors to your window you have the integrated antenae, if you have two just the defroster.

I want to run an FM amp and get rid of my antenae see if I can get good enough reception out of the window antenae.
