you couldn't get anything truly JDM for an eclipse anyway could you, since they don't have eclipse's in japan? except for mabey the 4g63 engine?

1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX: K&N Filter, John Sheppard built transmission with GVR4 1st gear, autometer boost gauge, "free mods", Greddy type-s BOV, broken shifter

Any 2g Eclipse was shipped TO Japan. So no, 2g parts could never be JDM unless they are made by an aftermarket producer in Japan. But original parts can't be JDM since they were shipped from here.

JDM is a catch phrase anyway. I've seen auctions list APC JDM parts. Uh, how can they be JDM if they're made in America by "American Products Company"? People are idiots.

I've got some black projector halos on the way that I bought new off of ebay. I decided the only way to know for sure if I like them is to buy them and check them out carefully. If they aren't up to my standatrds I'll sell them back on ebay and find something else.

I'll be taking detailed pics of them to post as well as testing them with both the halogen bulbs and HID bulbs for light output. It might be a few weeks possibly but I'll post back here when I have more info to share. I'll test for waterproofing, adjustability, plug and play?, etc.

azdave which projectors did you buy? I would like to see how they turn out for you because with my experience they are great, but I do have some hotspots but the cutoff line is really nice, just doesnt light up the whole ground as nice as BMWs and Mercedes. Then again my projectors are ECE type not DOT
