Black is the hardest part to get, aside from the dash and center console. And painting sucks after a few months 95% of the time. Just try being happy with what you have.

well i would paint it but the thing is, i dont know what steps to take inorder to paint it?? plus i hear that the paint would chip after a few months?? so let me know what u guys think, cuz i know i could save money by painting, plus, i have painted my grey middle cousel to black, and it looked ok, the only think i dont like about the cousel is that it doesnt show any of the gold pearl that i have mixed in the paint?? i dont know why

I still say paint it... simply research the whole process, from cleaing the dash to getting the right paint... to any follow up work you could do on it. I aslo painted my center console black and it seems to be fine as well... and that has daily usage, granted the sun isn't always beating right down on it, but just from opening it, my arm being on it, etc, i would've assumed that it would start fading or flaking or something... but no...
