The fender lines on a talon and an eclipse are the same. I have a passenger side fender from a 96 eclipse on my 97 talon. They use the same fenders.

P.S. Ditto to the above

yeah, just say no to the bomex kit emoji ...but that's just my personal opinion. You have to do whatever you are going to like in the long run.

man, the bomex kit looks cool. do what you want. If you like it, your the one that has to drive it, so get it. other than that, theres the stock 97-99 style, the Blitz, Evo, Sinsei, and tons of others that look good. Take a look at a bunch of pics of them on cars, pick the one you want, and get it!

I agree don't let anyone on here persuade you to do anything you don't want to do....and definately do not do what other like and tell you not to do. Like ^^^ get what you like!

I do agree about the buddy club 2 kit! Its very sweet looking kit! I foresee it to be the next blitz kit IMO!

Check it out if haven't seen it on Ryan Hes's car already!

I'd say save the 600-1000 dollars plus paint costs and buy performance upgrades. You could get a couple nice things for that amount of money. Besides oem will always look better than any bodykit on the market imo. If you want attention though then by all means go for it.

Everytime someone puts the bomex kit on an eclipse or talon, God kills a baby.

sinsei front, low blitz sides, rear lip, cf hood, tinted windows. Keep the talon tails, they are so much nicer then eclipse ones :-P

there's not a kit out there that looks better with fitment as good as the bomex, except perhaps the genuine rudora or the veilside. there are a dozen kits out there that look worse than, or are more played out than the bomex. get what you like. i just ordered thh bomex front to replace my sinsei...the only other bumper i would personally put on the front of my car would be the r34 or another sinsei. and btw, there is no "authentic" buddy club kit for the eclipse. there are no eclipses in japan, and as far as i know, buddy club doesnt make many parts for mitsubishi, if at all.

I've actually looked into getting a R34 front. The Bomex front sticks out so far its a PITA especially if you're lowered. Going up sudden inclines the front will damn near always hit because of its length.

Another word of advice is if you want the Bomex kit don't get the cheap knock off because its just that, a cheap knock off. The "boomer" kits have air pockets all over the kit. The gel coat is really thin, and I've heard/seen that you will have fitment issues since the mold the "boomer" kits come out of is shit.

I say go for the kit if the rest of the consensus hasn't discouraged you yet.

the actual bomex kits have some issues with pin holes too. They do fit really well...but i just can't stand them. You can literally rest a soda can on the lip...we used my friends as a table on luch brakes.
