I have a tripple gauge pillar, dual cluster, and my custom gauge pod i made for my steering column...
i have 8 gauges though and dont know where to mount my other 2! where would be a cool spot to mount 2 more gauges? i thought about like making a piece that folds down where the HVAC controls are. cuz i have a 6.5" monitor where the cd player used to be under the hvac's. like if i made a piece that covered the hvac's but flipped down so when i needed to get access to the controls, it would flip right down. i dunno, i need your thoughts and opinions. DJ's is sweet how he mounted his in his headliner, but im not going to cramp him style, thats his and it will stay that way! thoughts/idea's please guys!
and no, dont say the airbag, cuz i had my s-afc on there before and it deployed and thank god no one was in the pass seat, haha, would have been a fucked up face, lol....

I like the idea of mounting them in your center vents... it would look really cool if you had a fiberglass dash and custom molded them in there where it looked seemless...

Maybe you could mount them on your door by the window... up close to the winshield... if you know what i mean... don't know how big the guages are, but if they are small, it would look cool there.

Try molding some where the ashtray/cupholder unit is! It will look good!

This is from a local guy in Atlanta. Custom made it from a crx pillar. Looks good for a show car.

seriously dude, you ask WAY too many questions.. not that you shouldn't be asking questions, but you're ruining any cool factors about your widebody. when you finally reveal the whole thing put together, it's not going to be that exciting since you'll already would of shown us everything that you did before hand lol.

i say, do whatever the hell you want the most, then show us in the end of YOUR creation, not all of our creations jumble together into your car.

^^^^^ seriously, man!! are you building this car for us and what we all think or are you doing it for you and what you think? you do ask A BUTT LOAD of questions about "what we think"... just do your own thing man, you'll get much more respect in the end. You're doing good work, but as it stands right now...WE are designing this car so far... not you. do you want to be known as the guy who built the kick ass widebody, or the guy who was just the manual labor for the 2gnt designed kick ass widebody?
