The only thing I can think of using is resin. I think bodyfiller would crack too easy since the urethane is flexible. Any other options Im missing?

get SEM flexible body filler. thats what i used to mold my fiberglass pieces for my widebody to my oem front and rear bumpers. very flexible too. i mixed a piece to let dry before i used it and could bend it back and forth just like urethane and it didnt break or crack. its kinda pricey though, i forget how much. but ya, SEM makes flexible body filler, i think BONDO does too.

i just used fiberglass mat and resin to fix a crack on the underside of my front bumper, its in a non flex area, so it shouldnt be a problem. (HOW it cracked i have no idea....)

Well I found this stuff called Dynotron, its like an Epoxy but really flexible. It patched up and sanded down like bodyfiller but its so flexible, I actually tried to break it and I couldnt. If you guys have any messed up urethane, I def say this is the shit.
