#79631, "The decision has been made for wheels!"

I have decided to go with the 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear HP 24 hyper silver rims with a 2" lip in the front and 3" lip in the rear!
Here is a pic of them, let me know what you think about my decision about putting these on the widebody....

Very nice!!! I liked those the best anyway. Can you get a wider lip in the rear. If you have room for it, I would try like a 4" lip.

If your car is a dark color I would just paint the inside of the wheel gunmetal. If it is a light color, I would leave it the silver color.

dont scoop the roof. that is my professional opinion. now days they have the roof scoops that people have been puttn on that stick with 2 sided tape. no go in my opinion. when i got the rims for the truck everybody was sayn that i should get the spinners, hell no after i saw the spinnin hub caps at auto zone, now everyone and their grandmothers got em.
the decision that i made when i widebodied it was to stand out and be different. im sure you decided that or why bother with all the hassel and money. id sell the roof scoop and put the time into the door handle idea. u can shave the rain sills, i did and it makes the roof look smoother to match the body kit. i really should stop tellin you all this u might be at a show and beat me emoji jk bro
again that is my opinions and u are free to do what u like. i wont hate either way.

yellow is the color of speed, but I personally would go with candy red because candy red with carbon fiber hood is the nicest color scheme ever. even better, wrap the center part of the rear wing with carbon like Aggression did (I am pretty sure he is the one, otherwise, the guy with the Buddy Club 2 kit on the convertible Eclipse with chromalusion paint definitely re-did his GTR wing with carbon), and get the rims with gunmetal centers like FlyinESI said.
yellow with black and a carbon hood is also very badass. Cut out those three little inlet things behind the doors and put black mesh in there for added effect.

yeah i like the yellow. no scoopin. on the yellow there is a pearl that u can add that gives it a good shine. i think the pearl will look good. also alittle flake will make it stand out. u can do a ghost pattern with the flake or do tha whole car. the yellow i like is the house of colors sunburst yellow. i think they have the pearls to make it stand out. that will look good on the yellow that u are looking into. do u hav the carbon hood already? if not a carbon kevlar that has a yellow weave in it would look kick ass. i think gunmetal rims would look good, my opinion once again.

I was thinking the same thing. I like those rims though, i almost got them myself a few months back. As for the color yellow...i think yellow only flows on exotic cars, like porche, ferrari, lambo, etc.

i was thinking on that also. with the wider wheels in the rear the tires are going to be more expensive and we all know the tread life on a low pro isnt the greatest, also if u have a blowout or somethin. also with the turbo and all i would think u would want to rotate tires to make sure you can get a good life from them. u can give the appearance of a wider wheel by putting as little as a 1/4 inch spacer behind them. that way u could rotate the tires front to back and the tires will cost the same. just my .02 for whatever that is worth... emoji also would be alittle lighter in the rear. all the extras on it make it bad enough for us. u can get a different offset to push the wheels out and to give it a bigger lip. not sure how to calculate that but im sure that company does.

well in those poarticual rims, they dont make an offset that will push them out instead of using a wider rim. i could go with the axis seven mods with a 350z offset with a 3.5" lip all around though in 18's. im thinking im just gonna stick with 18's now since i have brand new tires already and 19's weigh alot more. so maybe ill just go with the 18" axis seven mod in either black w/ polished lip or silver with polished lip in a 18x8 or 18x7.5 rim with the 350z offset to push them out.

So, the yellow's not certain right? I don't like yellow but to each his own. But I agree with the dark colored red, that would look definitely stunning. emoji

i like the bright candy orange with flakes personally. hok has a nice one so does ppg
i would get a candy paint of some sort, yeah it is expensive as hell, but so is everything else u have been doing. niothing shines like candy paint. looks so wet that if u touch it you will leave your fingre prints in it.. this will be the 3rd time i paint the car with a candy paint. never go back. emoji might even paint the truck after we bag it......

go for the lime green color then put some vinyl japanimation robots on the side and make sure you have some NAWZ "one of the big ones"
then offset your paint and hood with a 54" APR CF wing. that would be hella tight man and i heard it makes your car faster. oh oh and get some neons under the chassis that sweet bro.

Eh, it's kinda cold...around freezing. It snowed for like 2 minutes and then it decided, "Hey, wtf am I doing down here in TX?", and it left.

The reason I'm so against yellow, Eclipse2ner, is because of two reasons.

1. Ricers always seem to have this piss yellow painted on their car and think it's cool.

2. Everyone around me that has their car painted that color, quickly, and I mean quickly, tires of it.

But if you don't think you'll get tired of looking at it day after day, more power to you.
