is it like the rmdsm lip like i have? if so, should just be like spoiler. about 9 or so bolts. hope that helps you out some.

got it from hiphop , came with 2 adjustable sliders for the front no bolts and no holes for bolts.

thats not a lip, its a "splitter" or whatever the fuck they call em. Basically, you have to have the lip protruding forward from the front end, and attatch the rods to the top of it, then attatch the other end to the bumper somewhere. With them rods there i imagine you could get away without making holes in it...but i would throw a few in for precautionary measures.
