#79606, "crack in my windshield :("
Dec-17-04 04:01 PM by talonguy2005

well, i have a crack in my windshiled that started at the bottom corner on the driver's side. i think it was from some construction site or something. but anyway now it has spread like 4 or 5 inches away from the corner on the bottom of my windshield. am i gonna have to replace my whole windshield, if so how much would it cost? or is there anything else i can do?

edit: i will take a pic tomorrow.

You're going to have to replace it. I don't remember how much a new windshield is off the top of my head but it is the cheapest glass to replace.

Stupid Maaco broke the one on my Talon and refused to fix it when i had it painted. Needless to say it cost me 300~400 to replace it. The moulding around it is 35.00 alone and has to be replaced.

I had to shop around to find a good deal.
