#79479, "How to get off Road Paint PLEASE HELP!!!!"
The stupid government decided that road lines arent ment to be straight near my school and they never coned off the lines while they were drying. We all thought that since there were no cones that it was dry, but when i got home my wheel well had yellow road paint and a lil bit got on my fender. Its VERY noticable and i have no idea how to get it off without messing up my paint. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

hapened to me on my old blitz front end. but all the overspray got on my front bumper, headlights, vis carbon hood, apr mirrors, driver side skirt and some on the rear bumper, oh and on the windshield. that shit can do some damage. um i tried everything to get that shit off and it doesnt come off at all man. what i did was contact the city and got the name of the people who was doing the spraying and i contacted them and they told me to take pics of the damage and get 3 estimates of how much it would cost. i went to the 3 most expensive shops around me and the company ended up giving me a check for $3200 for all the damage. even the body shops told me there was no way to get it off without repainting. so pretty much my whole car was gonna get repainted except for the roof, pass side door and quarter and the trunk. then i would have had to replace my apr mirrors, hood and what not else. so to answer your question, either A- start sanding down to repaint whatever that shit got onto or B- contact your city and get into touch with the painting company and get yourself a nice little check and then some to get it fixed!

I got road paint on my fenders this past summer try clay magic. They sell it at any like auto zone or pep boys and this stuff is amazing. It also takes off that nasty tar that sticks to fenders.
