mainly the seats? They look the same but I wasnt sure. Does anyone know? What about the other panels too?

YUP! they will fit, the only ones that dont fit i believe are the rear part of the car don't qoute me on that though... i know the chairs fit and the dash and door skins

I was under the impression that the center consoles didn't match up either.

the trim piece for the HVAC & Radio Controls is taller in the Avenger/Sebring than in our cars and the dash sits somewhat higher i believe....
