i dont know, ive seen them a lot so i could just be stupid...are they the stock Tsi side skirts. cuz with my esi, the side is just, well theres nothing its just nothing, i want to keep everything simple and smooth so i love those side skirts. i was wondering if theres a site i can order these from, and when they say "door cap" or door something, do they mean that section of the sideskirt that goes on top of the door? sorry its such a stupid post but i really like them, i just dont know where to get them.

Yes those are the stock 95-96 Tsi skirts. The door cap is the part of the side skirt that attaches to the door, the other parts attach to the body. I dont know a site you can order them from and they are hard to find used.
