What is the offset, and what size tire did you go with??? did you end up putting the 215 on?

very hot looking, but they do stick out some it looks like.

Im running 225/35 tires. The offset is +38. They stick out just barely due to the offset, and I actually think it makes the car look more aggressive and mean looking. As far as rubbing... I havn't rubbed yet, at least I don't think I have...pretty sure I would hear it or feel it slightly. Perhaps maybe my springs are a tad stiffer? I'm running H&R Sport springs...

Do you rub in the front or back FlyinEsi? I rolled my rear fender lips, I don't think that is a problem area...though I will keep my eye on it. But everything seems to clear fine...

I think your old rims looked better but either way I won't complain about your car, you always make smart moves with it and there was never a time where I did'nt think it looked awesome.

this rims look good ryan. the only way i say you would rub is if you have your wheel cranked and you are turning and hit a bump, but otherwise i bet you will be fine.


and to the person who asked about rolling the fender lip. There is a piece of sheet metal thats about 1/2 - 3/4" long inside the wheel well that sticks out. He just pretty much bent the piece of metal up that would rub on the wheel and possibly cut into it. common method is to use a baseball bat and with the car rolling the tire pushes the bat along the fender well rolling the metal. I probably made no sense out of all that but i know what i'm talking about. lol. its hard to explain i guess

Ryan, mine rubs in front when I hit a wave in the road, like the weight of the car goes up and then down hard and it rubs in the back on the same waves, and when I go through deep ditches, even at an angle.

But I was running 235/40 on +40 rims. Very close to the same tire you are running with offset and all. Very aggressive looking, but mine could rub because my suspension is a very soft setup. It gives a lot, but very comfortable ride.

Yeah, I see. Well, I actually think I have gotten lucky. The combination of H&R Sport springs that don't give a whole lot, and 225 tires instead of 235's could be the difference. I'll have to see what happens within the next few days/weeks on how it drives, but all last night it was no problem, and I actually went down a 'semi-bumpy' road, nothing crazy just to test if it would tap the fenders....and it didn't.

In the end though, I think it is spring stiffness that makes a big difference.

And as a side note about 19" rims...The reason I think I NEED 19's (Not only because they look incredible when rolling) but because my body kit is very low and beefy, 18's just look too small with the big 'ol kit on the car. I am finally happy.

id put 235's on 8.5 inch rims though....mos def

Ryan, i hated your other 19's, but you outdid yourself this time. I hate big rims, but those look outstanding. They remind me of BMW M3/Benz AMG wheels. The dish is amazing. You can tell youre from illinois, deep dish rocks! Nice job man

I actually think they look wicked sticking out from the fenders a bit. I'm running 17x9's with a 245 width tires, and yeah they stick out just a little. I agree, gives a car that aggressive look, almost like having a big ass drag tire on all the time Nothing but pure sweetness there Ryan.
