im tryin to fix my pic to be smaller. its in mustangmods.com or whatever.. is there any way to shrink it??

Photoshop has an image resize option. I think you can do it in Microsoft Paint . . . just about any generic photo editing software.

If you dont' have any, check www.download.com and search for photo edit . . . they will give you something for free.
