Yesterday when I turned my car off I heard the power antenna making the usual noise when it goes down, the only problem was it wasn't going down. Now it's stuck in the up position. Is there a linkage connection I have to adjust or do I need to get a new antenna. If I get a new one, where should I look? Thanks for the help.

There is a good chance that the flexible nylon piece inside the mast has snapped off. They sell replacement masts on ebay but the cost is steep. You won't know for sure until you take it apart.
I bought an aftermarket antenna on ebay and installed it with little difficulty. All power antennas will eventually fail this way. The nylon strip has teeth on one side that the motor uses to drive the antenna up and down. Kind of like a coiled rack and pinion drive. After so many coil/uncoils operations it snaps.
Note: It's hardly worth the trouble but if you take the mast with nylon out then boil it, it will last longer since nylon is hygroscopic. This little nylon boiling trick works for old brittle tie-wraps too.

I'm going to take a look at it this weekend. Thanks for the help.
