Hey I wanted to know how I could remove the top rubber piece above the door cuz I might want to get a new one..heres a pic of it

pic don't work. I think theres 2 screws on each end, and then it pulls off with some clips in it.

Pull off the rubber weatherstrip right below it. You will then see the newly exposed screws that need to be removed. Its all VERY simple. I bought my upper trims from the dealer for $25 per side. Looks MUCH better.
