hey anyone know if any manufacturer makes gauge pods that are molded into the dash, around on top of the central vents.

there was a guy who did a few of them a while back. it fit right over the center vents and could house a few gauges as well as a SAFC and some switches.

That was Tim97 . He kept claiming he was gonna get around to making more of them for sale but it never came to be. There are some floating around on ebay that are carbon fiber and look like frogs eyes that sit on top of the dash over the current cluster. They are cool except they look like frog eyes.

i made a couple of these, but never got into doing anymore because of the difficulty in making them fit nicely to a dash. what fit well on my dash did not fit as good on another and i didn't want people to get a less than "quality" peice. i still have 4 or 5 top parts laying around but no bottoms. there were very time consumingas well. i really wanted to do more, but jsut never got the time...

Do you have any pics of what it looks like from the front? Like through the windsheild. You know what a bug sees before it splats.
