I went to get a quote on getting a turbo wing installed on my car, the dude wants to charge me $1,200. It's fuckin rediculous.. I'm not doing it there not only because of the price but after talkin I heard that they paint really shitty. It starts to do that Oragne Peal Effect.

What kind of price should I expect to be average

I think it's a sign to not put on the turbo wing. emoji
As well, the factory finish has a bit of orange peel. If you body shop paints it TOO well, then you will see a difference in the reflection at steep angles.

Damn. I love it that I'm in good with a body shop back home. They charged me $45 to remove the original 3 piece spoiler, fill in the holes, paint everything and install the turbo wing.

fuck that, do the install yourself. We went down to the local body shop around here and had them paint it for around 150 bucks and then just installed the wing myself...

Drilling the holes and bolting on the new wing is easy. The tough part is covering up the old holes without making it seem like a half-assed job.

The body shop I went to charged me $350 to fill the old holes and repaint the rear end.

Man.. this is a bitch.. Right now I am saving for my turbo, but if I had the money I would install the wing myself and just goto macco and have them paint it. I know some people got beef with macco but I don't see any other way around it. I am 18 in high school and have limited money, and I still have the hole from my power antennae. I have had it patched with electrical tape for almost a year now. Shit.. I think its been the same piece of tape since December emoji

actually filling the holes was easy. I went out and bought some epoxy, and used my dad's epoxy gun, and used the write up that Pushin420a has, cuz Lee is the man. So after that I got some body filler and sanded it down and to be honest it looks like there was never a wing there in the first place. Professional. It also helps that my dad owned his own garage.

Having Problems? Heres my Three step solution to anything 2gnt related.
Step 1: Put down everything in your hands.
Step 2: Grab a lucky strike, Smoke it.
Step 3: Walk to the fridge, double fist some keystone ice, sit down in the shade, drink one beer, finish cigarette, drink other beer, roll a joint, smoke it, walk back to your problem, and in about 5 minutes the solution will come to you.
If not. Go here: here

If still nothing, your trying to hard. Start over at step 1.
