#77448, "Gauge issues"

I bought an air/fuel ratio gauge and a water temperature gauge. I have a 98 RS. I'm trying to find a way into the engine bay to pass the wires but I haven't been successful. I also looked for somewhere to drill a hole but the drivers side firewall (engine bay) has A LOT of things against it. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to do this? Thanks

Go through the boot where the steering column goes through. That is where my gauge wires and stereo power supply wire go through.
