Everything is installed but none of those black caps cover the hole where the crank was. Does anyone have a pic of what there caps look like.

i dont have any pics, but use the ones that have the little tabs that stick downward. this will require that you widen the hole in the door panel by about 1/8" or so. youll see the one im talking about. it has little barb type things that stick out of the tabs...dont use the raised "cups"

the one circled in red are the ones you need to use. dont worry, there is only one pictured but there is 2 in the kit.

Why not jsut get some OEM door skins with power switches and hook up to those?

i got my hands on some power door skins...after i had mounted my switches in the center console. i still liked that better, so i just shaved my switch holes and retained my SPAL switches in the center.
