as the above states how in sam hell do i get these arms off ... i removed the rubber cap and the bolts that are under them ... i tried wiggling the arms off to no avail ... do i need to remove the plastic incasing also? pls help thanks in advance i

Thats it, just tha one bolt man. It's a bitch but just keep pulling. On tip I was given that worked well is to make sure you are pulling it STRAIGHT out, not up or sideways but in the exact direction the bolt comes out.

if you put the wiper flat (like its wiping your window) and use that for leverage.....just keep wiggling.

I just took mine off today. Take the rubbers off, get the bolts off, then bend the wipers up, and pull up and down and it comes right off.
