Hey all! I got the 97 Talon and am looking to put the stock foglights in IF they look good. Does anyone have any pictures they could put up? And also if any of you have the stock front end with afternarket lights (head or fog) please post. I was thinking of some hellas or PIAA's in like 6". I just want it to light the road AND look good.

So now at 44 what the hell do I do?

I got those 23 dollar Rally (H.I.D. style driving lights, which happen to be yellow like fogs) at walmart... I want to go with larger brighter ones like PIAA.... I want to see some fucking beams in front of my car on dusty roads/foggy drives!!! My problem is money!

I'll take some pics of my car because I need to finish the roll of film that's in my camera and get them developed (that and I need an updated sig pic)

This thread, with pics, was posted about a week ago on the same topic. Take a look.

Ok cool. I remember seeing that thread now. I guess my search query wasn't the right one! Damn!! Well I still would like to see pics of the fogs mentioned like the PIAA 1100's. No one ever posted too much except the one gent. I would also like to see what the stock ones look like before I decide to manufacture my own or buy some.

So now at 44 what the hell do I do?

I've never seen the PIAA 1100's for under $160 or so. That's not in my budget but I'm sure they are a good lamps. Since I have the fogs mounted low on my car (lowered as well) I prefer the true projector style lens since I can aim them more accurately and don't need to dim them for oncoming traffic. We rarely see fog in Phoenix but since they came on the car and they look good on or off I leave them in place.

Thanks Dave! As I said, I am just trying to get a feel of how different lights would look on the 97 Talon. The only one I have seen here locally looked pretty small and kinda cheesey. So I asked for pics. I may end up trying to mfg something for myself. At least that way I wouldn't be out too much $. Unless I can find a set of stock that look good.

So now at 44 what the hell do I do?

Little late maybe, I got a set of ProComp 55's in the front lip of my '98. The six inchers wouldn't fit but these fit perfect. They light the road up great and only cost like $55 for both and a switch kit plus the lens' and bulbs are replaceable and cheap ($5 a lens, I know emoji ) You should have heard the conversation on the phone with the guy from 4wheelparts.

him: what vehicle is this for?
me: A 98 Mitsubishi Eclipse.
him: .....
me: hello?
him: 98 Eclipse?!?....ok
