I cant get my radar detector to work in my 1G. The fuse was bad, so I changed it. Now the lighter will get hot, but my radar detector still wont work. It works fine in my 2G, I dont get it.

Don't work for the system, Let the system work for you.

you might have the wrong fuse voltage which might be causing your cig lighter to get hot... you might get a fuse with lower amps...im not sure if thats the problem, but thats what i would do first

Nah thats not it. I dont mean it gets hot by plugging in my radar detector, I mean if you press down the cigarette lighter thing, it works..the end gets hot to light the cigarette lol. But when I plug anything into it, I get nothing. I think I'm just going to try to clean it out really good.
