Just curious but how much did it cost to do the interior? Did you do it yourself? It looks pretty sweet!

yes I did take the dash out to paint it and it wasnt that hard,
I spent about 50 bucks in all on the paint...I started off using SEM paint at $9 a can but i saw it was going to take a hell of a lot more so I switched to krylon from wal-mart and it turned out just as good.

On the hubs I am going to get Enkei Bellas probably next month when the cash starts flowing better....

It is an aerospeed muff the actual cannister is completely under the bumper but it has this weird tip on it, at first I didnt like it but at the price I paid i was willing to live with it, then it kinda grew on me...its unique!!lol

Where did you get those seat covers? I want some exactly like them.. And my future interior scheme will be similar.. only red on black instead of red on white.. I like, tho.

The glare coming off that white dash will kill ya .. heh

I think it looks sweet! I like it alot....one small recommendation though...i think the black on red seats are clashing with the clean look of all white and red....make the seats white with red on em emoji Other than that I love it! How do you take the dash out to paint it?

"Let's get it on" I think I'm the only dsmer here that doesn't like it. Looks like one of those special honeymoon suits at Pap's Inn. You know, with the heart-shaped whirl pool for 2. I know it, I'm such a dick - I have no idea how long that took. I like the white but there is too much brissly contrast throughout the inside there. Go all white with 2 maybe 3 things red - then you got my thumbs up. Lastly, a polished Greedy shift knob and polished pedals would look nice. Tell me what you thin emoji

please tell me the headrests on those seat covers dont say "elegant" do they? if so, what are you thinking? those are crushed velvet...in an eclipse. my girlfriends gay brother has them in his ford escort, that is repulsive. take them out and set them afire. crushed velvet, by law, can only be installed in cars made by buick, cadillac, or oldsmobile with a manufacture date of 1985 or earlier.

They are seatcovers however they do not say elegant on them...please remember this is still a work in progress!! I have already reupholstered the backseats in red and white vinyl and am soon to do both fronts when time permits...but I will have a ritualistic bon fire with those seat covers when the mods are done! emoji

I made the shift boot.....

just take out center console, remove four screws from plastic retainer then remove the boot, fold inside out and cut the zip tie that is holding the boot to the collar that slides over your gear shift, use a seam ripper and rip all the seams in the boot (4 pieces total) and trace them on your material, then sew up and repeat the process backwards, there you go new boot!!

OK I believe it has been explained before but I will try again...

First off remove all the lower kick panels...including glove box (10mm),its about 4 bolts on drivers side then about 4 to 6 on pass side.

Then remove pass side airbag, two phillips screws underneath and should have been two of the previously removed bolts from the first part ( all bolts to be removed are visible when the glove box is out.)

Now this one stumped me for a half an hour, you should pull on dash and lift to see if the bottom is loose, if so then proceed but if not then check to see if ya missed a bolt, the last two bolts to remove are visible only when the two small front speakers are removed... remove them and make sure your steering column is adjusted all the way down and turn signal is pushed in the down position. There is a 2 to 3 inch wiring harness plugged in near the fuse box, when you start pulling out the dash you will see it, unplug it and there is about two more small wiring plugs to disconnect on the driver side under the dash, and if you have taken your radio out(you will have too) you will see a metal bracket behind the radio hole that supports about four wiring plugs I think the two plugs closet to the driver side need to be unplugged. That should do it.

Keep in mind I already had my entire center console out along with every other piece of trim and radio, this will make everything extremely easy, trust me.I may have missed one or two things but anybody with a little patience should have no problem. emoji

It took me about two hours to take it all apart(very first time) if I had to do it again for whatever reason I probably could do it in 30 minutes!!!(No shit)
