Ok this is for everyone with a fiberglassed dash. What did you use to fiberglass it? Did you use mat, fleece, or did you get it the fiberglass sprayed on?

Plus how did it hold up, because our dash is really spongy in some sections and not so spongy in others. I am just worried I will have to purchase another dash if this one cracks really easy. If that happens, how much for a used dash at a junk yard if I can even find one?

Thanks guys!!!

I have everything ready for nopi except the dash.

This is where I am at right now. I already payed and registered for NOPI and recieved my package in the mail form them so I am going.

As far as my dash is concerned, I have the tv structure molded into the passenger airbag now and its fiberglassed into a wooden frame with duraglass and bondo around the edges.

I just need to know what will hold up better as far as durability is concerned. I don't want to have it in for 30 mins and head down the road and it crack on me. I know I will get a few minor cracks but that is to be expected.

Do I use mat, fleece, spray on glass, or a mixture of stuff?

I have 4 other guys from my car club helping me out with it now. 2 of them own their own custom garages so I have enough experienced help to give me a hand.

If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it and points for you.

Thanks!!!
