I have a 97 GS and my left fog light always blows out, I thought it was a short but the fuse is fine, the bulb usually lasts a couple of weeks. The first time I changed the bulb it lasted 8 months and now its going out all the time. How can I fix this?

Do you touch the bulbs? that may be the reason why

i'm really careful with handling the bulb, if it is some type of short how can i find out where it is? could it be a wattage problem?
