I have searched, but I couldn't find the instructions on how to do this. I bought some LED's from Radio Shack, but how do I install them? I thought that I had seen a write-up a while back, but when I searched it came up with 1336 different topics not about LED's.

is there anywhere I could just get the stock bulbs colored. What size are they, I know they are really small. Do they make the bulb condoms for them?

www.autolumination.com is where you can find the gauge cluster LEDs (#74's i think, its been awhile).
