Don't know if this is a repost or not... but I thought this hood was interesting. I kinda like it, obviously it's custom, but very well done.

I use to have a White 99 GS Sport with a Star Stage II Ball Bearing T3/T4 turbo...it was fun untill....well those who remember me know emoji Oh Ya...this is what I have now... a 99' GSX...

He's a regular on DSMTuners, his name is like greyforestgst or something similar to that. He just recently painted the gray at the bottom I believe. He also has a write up somewhere on how he did it.

I'm not a big fan of it.. imo it kinda ruins the look of the hood w/the hump. If there was no hump, it wouldn't be so bad I suppose.. but anyway, looks like he spent some time doing a great job on it so props for that emoji

I think it makes it look like a snake... I dunno, I'd NEVER do it to MY car.... But I do like it. It's kinda like some of the park bench wings or fiberglass wings.... I like some of them depending on the body kit or what not... but I'd never do it to MY car....

It's to cool the turbo.

They did a writeup for it about a year ago on dsmtuners.
