I took my stock skirts to satan to see how much they would charge to install them. They f**king quoted me 800 dollars. That's just not right in my opinion. I gave the guy the quote sheet back, laughed in his face for about 10 seconds and thanked him for wasting my time. He followed me out as I was walking to my car and started yelling something at me and I just kept waving and got in my car. That kind of thing just pisses me off.

That's ridiculous, $800!! Damn either they really didnt want to do it, or misunderstood what you were asking them to do. Theres no way they could legitimately ask that much.
Tryin to keep it lookin somewhat stock. Why mess with a good thing?

do what I did. Find 8 flat head metal screws, drill two hole on each end of the skirts and then drill those holes in to the inside of the fender well. I painted over those screws and you can't see them unless you are a nosey fuck.

are you sure that they understood you just wanted a skirt put on? sounds to me like they thought you meant 2 new skirts, painted and put on, but that is still alot for just that but it sounds like they just misunderstood you. Cause one time i went to my mitsu place and told them i need a valve cover for turbo eclipse and the lady said it would be 1,000 something dollars and i was like WTF? and she said yeah these turbos are expensive, so she thought i needed a new turbo instead of a VC.
