Who makes black&chrome altezzas? I heard that the CF ones fade after a while.

i bet they all fade eventually since they aren't that high quality, the chrome ones aren't really chrom plated, you could take out the chrome by passing a napkin over them. The only advice i could give is to seal them up really good so water doesn't get inside.
