What would be necsary to change the RS Off, slow, faster, fastest wipers to the adjustable delay? Just the lever and the motor or other parts as well?

Just the level and that whatever it's attatched to from a donor car. It's all controlled by that.

I'd do this if it were as easy as swapping out the lever. Is that what you mean Ub? Just the Lever?

You need the lever from a GS or higher model and you also need the wire harness. The harnesses are not interchangeable. You take the harness from the GS then match the wires color per color and solder the harness into your wiper switch harness. I've sold about 4 of these conversions and every person has been very happy with the end result.

There is no brain box associated with it or a different wiper motor.

So the plug is all that is different, you jsut have to change the plug on the lever? Is that it or do you need the motor too? How much do you charge for said kit?

Also how much for a kit to convert to power windows and locks minus the door panels, I already have those.
