I have the 2nd Generation... I pretty sure about it I get them mixed up and on the sides of them they dont have a casing for the out side lights all the way on the sides. I thought if I got some red light bulbs it would look nice but it still looks like shit do you guys have any info or had this happen to you?

you mean the side markler light? it has the side red lens but the part next to the brake lights is clear? yeah i tried some red bulbs but they look crappy.. i asked somoen who had some on this board and he said he just uses the stock bulb.... look on my pic to see if you have the ones i got?

i had the same problem that you guys are having. the major problem is, no matter what lights you use, its ALWAYS ugly. so here a suggestion, and what i did, just leave the stock bulb in the sockets (so its not empty) and cut the wires... looks the same during the day, and at night, all you see is the two red circles. just my 2cents.

Yea I had the same problem with mine, except in the state of Idaho you cannot have any amber towards the rear of the car, this includes turn signals and marker lights. I argued with the cop(state patrol), and after going to the rear of his car and seeing his amber turn signals he still gave me a ticket. So I went out and bought the LED ones, they look a hell of a lot better and I don't get pulled over.(as much, I used to get poped at least once a week, now only about once every two, small town bored cops). anyway they give off kinda a "star" look from a distance. I'd recomend them to anyone, they were only 15 dollars for the pair through APC.
